May 5, 2011 - Bob Webb joined the Royal Air Force in 1943 and spent the next 14 years as an engineer/mechanic. In 1957 he joined the British Overseas Airways Corporation as a flight engineer, finishing the last 8 years of his 26-year career on the Concorde.
