Varnishing Holes in Wood with a Pipe Cleaner
Timm Bogenhagen from EAA staff demonstrates a technique to apply varnish inside bolt holes using a pipe cleaner.
Wood Drill Alignment Jig
Timm Bogenhagen from the EAA staff shows how to build and use a simple alignment jig made from a wood block and steel bushing stock. The Jig is useful to align attachment straps when having to use a hand drill.
Forming Aircraft Plywood
Timm Bogenhagen from the EAA staff demonstrates how thin aircraft plywood can be soaked in hot water, then formed. This can be useful for aircraft that use plywood for the leading edge of the wing.
