A Quick Trip Back to Sun n Fun 2016
The 42nd Sun ’n Fun International Fly-In & Expo took place in Lakeland, Florida, in April 2016. Attendees, including some EAA staff, enjoyed sunny skies, temperate weather and indulging in all things aviation.
Cessna’s 195 Businessliner turned 70 years old this year, and we joined the fly-in celebration at Stearman Field (1K1) in Benton, Kansas.

Lee Griffin served as a munitions officer with the 44th Tactical Fighter Squadron during the Vietnam War. After the war, he moved to Alaska where he has restored a T-28 Trojan that he flew to AirVenture Oshkosh for the first time in 2015.
